ICE 2021

Rome: the eternal city, the sweet life, the capital.
Rome: Erasmus, 1500 people, 1 national event. 

It’s time for one of the most awaited Erasmus events in Italy: The Incontro Culturale Erasmus 2021! (ICE aka Erasmus Cultural Meeting).

ICE will take place in the cradle of Italian culture and history, Rome, the city that manages to combine the past and the present and, together with ESN, also beauty and fun!
The Erasmus Cultural Meeting will give you the opportunity to discover the beauty of the eternal city: from the famous Coliseum to the Trevi Fountain, from the Imperial Forums to the Capitol and the Spanish Steps.
Let yourself be conquered by the charm and culture of Rome but be prepared: it is not an ESN event without a bit of fun!

ICE 2021 also means three days and two nights with other 1500 Erasmus students coming from all over Italy with whom you can enjoy the evening parties of ESN Italia.

The fee is only 170,00 euros and includes:

• A/R journey, departing on the morning of 12 November and returning on the evening of 14 November
• 2 nights in a hotel with breakfast included
• Participation in our beautiful Flag parade and all parties
• Insurance

You can pay the fee at our office in Via della Pescheria Vecchia, 8 (by appointment) or via Verse (https://verse.me/$esnmacerata | Subject: Name and surname - ICE 2021), in two convenient installments:

• 100,00 euro by 22 October
• 70,00 euro by 30 October
